Loveday is a settlement in the Riverland region of South Australia, south of Barmera, roughly 220 km distance from Adelaide. It's close to the Murray River that meanders heavily through the area from Renmark to Loxton and Barmera toward the sea. South of Loveday is the
Loveday 4x4 Adventure Park, an area of 8000 acres of private property used for cattle, 4x4 driving, off-road racing and camping. The camp-ground is right at the Murray River. We went there during the Easter-break 2017.
It's not allowed to collect fire wood, so we take our own.
