Making a trailer for Ninas Bakery

2021 has been quite a good year for Nina's Bakery at the Market. Just the strong winds there have been a problem - and the rain - and the fog - and the snow - and the heat - and the hail - and the weather in general...
So we decided to spend our yearly summer break differently and to make a food trailer for her instead of wasting time on closed or not so closed borders in Australia in an ill-fated attempt to do a road trip. It took us about four weeks from start to finish and the result is certainly satisfying. But see for yourself, here are the pictures:
We bought the trailer chassis at Basic Trailers and added a waterproof plywood floor as the first step.

Sanding that thing has been quite a dusty experience.

We painted it white to keep the inside temperature down...

...and insulated it with 20mm Styrofoam for the same reason.

Almost there - the floor got covered with self adhesive felt mats and a carpet on top.

The light comes from 12V led down-lights in the ceiling and the shop window.
