A classic bratwurst with paprika and garlic. Coarsely minced with a few hand cut coarse chunks.

5 g black pepper
5 g hot paprika ground
5 g sweet paprika ground
10 g Aleppo pepper
2 g finely ground caraway
2 garlic  cloves
0.5 g lemon zest
