A tasty sausage made from pork and speck with paprika and garlic. Minced using the 10 mm disk only.

20% speck
pork casing

Spices per kg:

18 g salt
4 g black pepper
4 g fresh garlic
2 g finely ground caraway
5 g hot paprika ground
5 g sweet paprika ground
